Here are the diagrams for my Peacock Petals Shawl.

  • The diagrams are broken up into two parts, the Ch-3 Mesh (rows 1-33) and the Petals (Rows 32-71). Rows 32 and 33 are repeated on both charts.

  • Each row begins with either "ch 1" for a single crochet, or "ch 3" or a standing dc for a double crochet row which counts as the first stitch.

(I find it easier to follow the written pattern for the ch-3 mesh and the diagram for the petals.)

I love your pattern! It is the first large project I have done. It came out beautiful! I used a 5mm hook and Lion Brand Mandala yarn in Meowth color. I did have to buy another skein of an oatmeal color to finish the last 4 rows as my tension or hook size may be wrong.
